1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Due to the perishable nature of our products (nuts and dried foods), we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used items for health and safety reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Items damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
